If you are interested in viewing our wholesale pricing, click here and fill in your company information under "New Wholesale Customer Sign In."

When you click "Submit" you will be able to view our wholesale site but the wholesale prices will not be displayed until we review your submission for completeness (usually completed within 48 hours or sooner when submitted on a business day).

If you have provided all of the necessary information, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that our wholesale prices are displayed.

If you are missing information but have provided an e-mail address, then we will contact you for the missing information.

Wholesale Policies

Introduction
We are a small company dedicated to total customer satisfaction. As you and your customers will see, Peaceful Offerings' products are very special. Our all-natural ingredients are stocked in small batches to insure freshness. Made locally from raw materials that support American farmers, Peaceful Offerings provides a healing respite from a synthetic world.

We sell to physical and online stores.

Ordering
You may purchase our products by telephone, fax or online via our web site.

Minimum Order: $72.00. Otherwise there is a 25% small order fee.
Minimum Reorder: $50.00. Reorders are not shipped to overdue accounts.
New customers please supply your UBI (Resale) Number.

Drop-shipping - We do not drop ship orders for less than $50 worth of products. If place a wholesale order of $50 or more, we will drop-ship it to a single address.

Samples- Wholesale customers with a valid UBI/Resale Number may order up to 8 products at wholesale prices without needing to meet the $72.00 minimum order fee. Limited to one order of sample products per customer.

Testers- Testers are available for all products at half price when ordering 6 or more of the product in the same blend. Testers are marked as testers and are not for resale.

Private Label
We offer Private Labeling, not custom label design.
This means that we remove our company information from the label and add your company information instead - the rest of the label remains the same.

Example Label:

Enjoy the benefits of Private Labeling without the high cost/large quantities. Private Labeling of aromatherapy products and herbal teas is offered free of charge on initial orders of $100 or more and re-orders of $50 or more. You can order as few as 18 units and receive free private labeling.

Example of an order that qualifies for private labeling:
6 Essential Oils = $30
6 Liquid Soaps = $36
6 Shower Gels = $36
Total Order = $102 -- you receive free private labeling!

Available on All Products: Essential Oils, Massage Oils, Air Fresheners, Body Sprays, Liquid Soaps, Hand Lotions, Shower Gels, Bath Salts and Herbal Teas.

Private labels can be customized with three lines of text, with 24 characters per line and sometimes your company logo - depending on the format and dimensions.

Shipping, Pick Up & Delivery
We ship via FedEx ground unless otherwise specified. Let us know if you require FedEx air shipping.

• Allow up to 5 business days for a non-private labeled order to ship.
• However, most non-private labeled orders are shipped by the third business day after the order is placed.
• Initial private labeling orders take an extra day for us to create the labels.
• Private label re-orders have the same shipping time as non-private labeled orders.
• We will let you know ASAP if any items are backordered.

Terms
Visa, MasterCard or company check at the time of purchase. We do not offer Net 30 terms.
When using a company check, the check must clear before the order can be shipped.
A 20% processing fee is charged on all bad checks.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to have items in your shop that delight and inspire your customers. Please call us to discuss any concerns you may have - we will be happy to work with you. Returns and exchanges are accepted for any reason within 30 days. Please let us know if one portion of our line sells better than another and we will arrange an exchange. We ask that you call ahead to discuss all returns and exchanges. Except in case of defect or breakage, returns must be shipped at customer's expense.
